It's a simple 3 step process:
For your Options write the text of all options to be used as labels for your buttons, separated by commas. For example, if you want to buttons to collect a Yes or No, write: Yes,No. If you want to collect any of numbers 1 through 5, write: 1,2,3,4,5. If you want to collect just a single event, such as a sneeze, write: Sneeze.
1. Create a Data Collector
Start here with a Name for your Collector and specify the data you are collecting, separated by commas.For your Options write the text of all options to be used as labels for your buttons, separated by commas. For example, if you want to buttons to collect a Yes or No, write: Yes,No. If you want to collect any of numbers 1 through 5, write: 1,2,3,4,5. If you want to collect just a single event, such as a sneeze, write: Sneeze.
2. Define your Buttons
Specify the buttons to use and what the Collector will look like.
